How can we help?

Subscriptions are billed by the app store you purchased from, and are cancelled there — not by us. This is the same for every app and game we publish.

iPhone, iPad, or Mac:

1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top
2. Tap Subscriptions
3. Select the app or game and tap Cancel Subscription

Android:

1. Open the Google Play Store app
2. Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
3. Select the app or game and tap Cancel subscription

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds are handled by the store that processed your payment, so we cannot issue one directly.

• Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google Play: request a refund from your Google Play order history

If the store declines and you believe something went wrong on our side, email us with your order ID and we will look into it.

First, reopen the app or game and use Restore Purchases in its settings — this re-syncs entitlements from the store.

If that does not resolve it, email support@buenalabs.io with your store order ID (Apple: the receipt email from Apple; Google: the order number beginning GPA.), which product it was, and the device you bought on.

You can request deletion at any time. Full instructions, what gets deleted, and the timelines are on our Data Deletion page.

Where a product includes an account, deletion is also available inside it under Settings → Account.

Our Privacy Policy sets out what we collect, why, and who processes it. Each app and game also publishes a privacy label on its store listing (Apple's App Privacy card and Google Play's Data safety section), which reflects that title specifically.

Email privacy@buenalabs.io with the request and the email address or account ID tied to your data. We acknowledge within 72 hours and respond within 30 days. See Privacy Policy → Your Rights for the detail, and Your Choices for the controls available to you.

Try these first — they resolve most launch failures:

1. Force-quit and reopen it
2. Restart the device
3. Update to the latest version, and to the latest version of your operating system
4. Confirm you have free storage space available

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA on this site and to support the platform accessibility features — VoiceOver and TalkBack, Dynamic Type, reduced motion, and system colour settings — across our apps and games. If something is unusable with your setup, email support@buenalabs.io and tell us which assistive technology you use; we treat those reports as bugs. See our Accessibility Statement.

Every title we publish carries an age rating on its store listing — an Apple age rating on the App Store, and an IARC rating (ESRB, PEGI, USK, or your local board) on Google Play. The rating shown on the listing is the authoritative one for that title and region.

Both platforms let you require approval or block in-app purchases entirely:

• Apple: Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → iTunes & App Store Purchases, or set up Ask to Buy with Family Sharing
• Google Play: Play Store → profile icon → Settings → Authentication → require authentication for purchases, or set up parental controls

Email support@buenalabs.io with the subject "Report", which product it concerns, and a screenshot if you have one. Reports involving a minor's safety are prioritised and reviewed the same business day.
